My pump went out on a Saturday. First thought- it’s Saturday, no one is working. Called the company that installed and they weren’t available. He gave me Roy Prices name to call. His son was able to come out Saturday, checked everything out, and had to replace pump. Very satisfied with the job. So thankful they were available and I didn’t have to wait til Monday for service.

I can't say thanks enough for your outstanding service, Roy. Bought new house and before moved in well pump was stolen, called everywhere and price for installation of new pump asking was skyrocketing... And then Roy came on weekend, checked all everything, gave reasonable price, I was sold... Thank you Roy, I truly appreciate your business and recommend it to everyone!!!

Much thanks to Roy Price for excellent service and price !!! The only thing worse than being without electricity is being without water (actually being without water is probably worse !!). Roy came over at 8 PM !!, diagnosed my problem and we had water within the hour. I expected the absolute worse and thankfully it was only a minor problem. Roy it was a pleasure doing business with you and my Family sincerely appreciates the honesty and quality of your work. We will be customers for Life !!!

My well system took a dive so I called Price. Got Roy on the phone and sent his crew out to check things. Ended up needing a new pump and tank. Got me back up and running within few hours. The guys did an excellent job. . . didn't try to sell you stuff that you didn't need, very competitive pricing and cleaned up after themselves. If you need your well system checked out and repaired, I'd highly recommend Roy Price!

I am renovating a house in Catawba county and needed my well hooked up. Roy came out and hooked up the tank and rest of the components but the well would not build pressure. So he sent his son Matt out who pulled the pump and found I needed a new pump. Very professional and fair priced. If you need well work, these are the folks to call. Wish I could give them more that 5 stars,

Best experience ever. When our well pump went out I assumed it was going to be a hassle to get it fixed. However Roy Price, his son, had things rolling to get it fixed in no time. I will absolutely be using their services again if needed. Can’t thank them enough.

My mother was without water for a couple days while we were troubleshooting the cause. When we figured out it was the well, I called and spoke to Roy. He came out within 2 hours during a wintry mix storm and fixed the converter for. My 80 yr. old mom had water within another hr. He was reasonably priced and genuinely friendly, like a good neighbor.

Roy, Mathew and Jr done an excellent job on replacing our submergable well pump he replaced everything in the well house and was very professional and fast I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Roy came out within an hour or so after I contacted him to look and see what the problem was all the other companies was to pricey or wouldnt answer the phone. Thank you prices.

Had to give it to Roy Price and his sons they have helped me and my wife out twice now. Today we were having a family cook out. Started preparing food for the smoker and realized we had no water. Called Roy and he said they would be here in a couple of hours. It took his sons about 30 mins and we had water again.
